Notice is hereby given that SnoIsle Libraries is seeking to secure a qualified contractor for parking lot/sidewalk repairs, maintenance, and striping services for four (4) of our Community Libraries: Marysville, Monroe, Mukilteo, and Snohomish SCOPE OF WORK: 1.1.1. Seal coat, stripe parking lot and stalls with matching paint, and seal all asphalt cracksand seams. 1.1.2. Repair or replace damaged concrete curbing, paint all curb-stops yellow, and add directional arrows. 1.1.3. Fill, remove, and replace asphalt in potholes and areas requiring patching. 1.1.4. Repaint stenciling of the following parking stalls: visitor parking, fire lane identification in red), ADA handicap parking, no parking and/or loading zones, delivery parking areas, nd any areas that presently have hatch marks or other stenciling. 1.1.5. Contractor shall provide safety and warning signs and adequate barriers to ensure the jobsite is adequately marked and segregated so access is restricted to only those authorized to perform the work. 1.1.6. Clean parking lot surfaces to ensure free of all debris, weeds, etc. 1.1.7. Pressure wash curbs and parking lot prior to painting and sealcoating. 1.1.8. All work must follow and meet state, county, and local code requirements. 1.1.9. All above work must be itemized. 1.1.10. Work will require phased approach if performed during library hours to ensure public access to the library
