**As of January 25,2023, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, qualified employees, materials (except as otherwise stated herein), transportation, traffic control, tools, equipment, permits (except as otherwise stated herein), testing, air monitoring and supplies necessary to provide erosion control, demolish and remove the building, fill the resulting holes with material described herein as specified in the contract documents. Contractors shall be on the District's Small Works Roster for Substation General Site Construction or General Construction in order to bid on this project. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Engineer's Estimate: $165,000.00
