Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Marysville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed under the City of Marysvill.e s 2022 Sidewalk Infill Project involves frontage improvements at eight project sites in the downtown area and shall include construction of curb, gutter, concrete sidewalk and sidewalk ramps to meet ADA standards, 153 tons of HMA, utility box and manhole adjustment, restoration and other work in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications All work must, be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. amount. The City ofMarysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said, award, is delayed for a period of fortyfive (45) days. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
