Reference number : 1686383 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-13 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (3 x 1 year) The OMHM issues a public call for tenders to select a maximum of two (2) suppliers to carry out work on demand for electricity. 1.2 The contract consists of providing the services and carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents, in particular the estimate attached to Appendix 1 . Without limiting itself thereto, the SUPPLIER must provide electrician services for various requests for intervention in the buildings and dwellings of the OMHM. Some requests may require the intervention of an electrician during the day, evening, weekend, statutory holidays and during construction holidays. 1.3 Each supplier must be able to respond on average to approximately 1,400 service calls per year, as indicated in the tender form in Annex A. This value represents average quantities estimated per year based on the history past years and projected future needs. The annual quantity for all of the OMHM's needs is double the quantities on the schedule. 2. Initial duration of the contract 2.1 Subject to the conditions mentioned in the tender documents, the contract covers the period from May 1 , 2023 to April 30, 2025 . 3. Contract renewal 3.1 Upon written notice from the OMHM to the SUPPLIER, this contract may be renewed for a period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. 3.2 At the end of the renewal period, this contract may be renewed for a second period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. 3.3 At the end of the renewal period, this contract may be renewed for a second period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. 3.4 Any renewal of the contract agreed with the SUPPLIER must comply with all the conditions of this contract.
