This work is subject to payment of prevailing wages under Labor Code Section 1720 et. seq. and 1770 et. seq., which require the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance on certain "public workThe Yuba County Courthouse was constructed in 1962, with four (4) floors, including a basement. This concrete structure has been remodeled over the years; therefore, as-builds may contain discrepancies. Given the age of the facility, asbestos may be present.
