This Project Will Consist of Joint and Crack Cleaning and Sealing, Spall Repair, and Select Slab Replacement Along Portions of the Terminal Apron. Contract Security in the Form of 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds Will Be Required. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After Closing Time for the Receipt of Proposals for a Period of One Hundred Twenty (120) Days. All Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Contractors at the Time of Award in Accordance With the Provisions of the State of Mississippi and Must Indicate Their Current Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility Number on the Outside of the Sealed Envelope Containing Their Bid, and on Their Bid. The City of Greenville Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received and to Reject Any or All Bids or to Award or Refrain From Awarding the Contract for the Work, Whichever is Deemed to Be in the Owner's Best Interests.
