Renovation of a municipal facility in Helena, Montana. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope: Objectives to be achieved, but are not necessarily limited to: o Assess existing infrastructure, recommend, and design new trestle support section, diversion structure and flush gate plans and specifications for the Red Mountain Flume. o Provide detailed engineering cost estimates for the final design and specifications. o Attend and address questions/concerns at the Pre bid meeting for city Project 22-04, draft addenda if required. Additional Items: o One meeting will be held for all interested proposers if needed. o Consultant shall identify all sub-consultants and those personnel that will work on the project. o Limit Proposal to twelve pages including cover sheet and no smaller than 12 pt. font, with one hard copy and one digital (.pdf file format) copy of the proposal for review. As of October 16, 2024, the project is being designed by in-house design team and currently in final design. The construction document completion timeline has not been released. A tentative bid schedule has not been determined. Construction is slated to begin Summer of 2025. However, the firm timeline has not been disclosed.
