Scope of Services The scope of work includes but is not limited to; the removal and replacement of portions of sewer mains, point repairs, installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners in existing sewer mains, removal and replacement of existing manholes, rehabilitation of existing manholes, including all associated facilities, appurtenances, and incidentals, as shown on the Plans, in conformance with the provisions in the Specifications, and as directed by the Engineer. Online Q&A No Questions will be accepted only up to 5 working days prior to the bid opening date to allow the City, if necessary, to issue an addendum to all bidders stating revisions, deletions, or additions to be made to the Specifications as a result of any questions. If questions arise after the deadline, please contact the designated Procurement Specialist of the Purchasing Division, but the City will not guarantee a response. Bid Valid 64 Days from Bid Opening Date Liquidated Damages $1000.00 Per each Calendar Day Start/Delivery Date Date of Notice to Proceed Project Duration 135 Working Days from Notice to Proceed Date No bid will be considered for award unless the Bidder at the time of bid opening, is licensed with a valid Class "A" Contractor's License issued by the State of California.
