Project Identification: Project Name: Horse Palace - Electrical & Sound System Upgrades Project Project Address: 670 Bronco Drive, Spring Creek, NV 89815 Project Description: The project includes upgrading service with NV Energy to support demand to upgrade old and outdated electrical facilities including T-pad, main switch gear, breaker panels, wiring, etc. Develop facilities to allow upgrades to bar, office, restrooms, and kitchen areas later. Develop and install new lighting for areas with multiple levels of lights with ability to highlight certain areas. Develop and install new or upgrade sound systems within the arena and area outside the building. Demo old and unused improvements in the building to salvage or transport and dispose of.
