This invitation to bid seeks a vendor to supply and deliver asphalt pavement and stone materials for rehabilitation and reconstruction projects using milling, resurfacing, subgrade preparation, full depth reclamation and any other City projects utilizing asphalt and stone materials. Stone and asphalt materials will be purchased by the City through work orders for each separate project and shall be paid by the unit price listed in the bid. The contractor performing the work, for each separately contracted project, shall be responsible for any hauling costs and pick up, delivery and placement of said materials from the awarded vendor. This contract will also serve as a unit price contract for additional materials as may be defined by the City throughout the contract term. Bids will include asphalt and stone materials produced and ready to pick up by the City or City's contractor at the production facility. The City will award the contract on a price per unit basis to the lowest and best qualified bidder.
