Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Georgetown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of March 15 the project was awarded to H & W CONCRETE LLC, awarded amount not available. The invitation to bid involves installation of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps and other miscellaneous concrete construction and supply. Bids will include equipment, labor, materials, and material delivery to complete each item of work. The City will award the contract on a unit price basis to the lowest and best qualified bidder. ADDENDA AND INTERPRETATIONS: No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted through the Public Purchase portal. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions, if issued, will be posted to the Public Purchase portal for the specific project. Failure of any bidder to receive any such supplementation or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. All posts so issued shall become part of the contract documents. Any and all questions related to registration for and use of Public Purchase shall be directed to Stacey Clark at stacey.clark@georgetownky.gov.
