Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and 11,000-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
This Project consists of the Construction of a new co-located Fire Station and Public Library in Walden, southeast Calgary. The facility houses Calgary Fire Department operations and a Calgary Public Library branch. This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Schedule H - Buildings General Contractor.
