For As Needed Plumbing and Heating Installation and Repair Services The Norwood Housing Authority invites written quotes from Plumbing and Heating Companies that have been in the business for at least five years in Massachusetts to provide On Call, or "as needed' Plumbing and Heating Installation and Repair Services for the period from 3/1/23 through 2/29/24. It is anticipated that the total year contract value will be approximately $20,000.00. Heating work under this contract is not exclusive. BIDS are subject to M.G.L. c. 30B, and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149, 26 - 27H inclusive.
