For 2023 Dartmoor Drive Resurfacing Project (NON-MFT) The proposed improvements include: 1.08 miles of 3.5-inch asphalt grinding, preparation of aggregate base, 3.75-inch bituminous paving, ADA ramp installation and other necessary and incidental work. The project consists of HMA pavement removal, combination curb and gutter and sidewalk removal and replacement, base repair, placement of HMA binder and surface courses, bridge deck membrane installation, restoration, and appurtenant construction.
