The proposed improvements consist of approximately 386 SY Pavement Surface Removals, 70 tons of Leveling Binder, 32 Ton Bituminous Material, and 248 Ton of Cover Coat and Seal Coat Aggregate. 3. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS All pertinent documents may be examined at the Hebron Village Hall, 12007 Prairie Avenue, Hebron, Illinois or at the office of Scheflow Engineers, A Professional Corporation, 1814 Grandstand Place, Elgin, Illinois 60123. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the Department of Labor, or as determined by the Court on Review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work as indicated in the special provisions to the specifications. 5. SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY Each bidder shall adopt a written sexual harassment policy pursuant to ILCS 5/2-105 (1992). The Village of Hebron reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
