Renovation of a mixed-use development in Averill Park, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and parking garage.

Capital Project - Phase 1A projects (Plumbing & Mechanical improvement work at Algonquin Middle School, West Sand Lake Elementary School and the Bus Garage Building) all in accordance with the plans and specifications for the following categories of work: Electrical Bidders can inspect the work locations before submitting bids. This can be done any Monday through Friday, except holidays, during hours when there will be School District Staff Personnel in the building. Unless directed otherwise, immediately upon entering the building, report to the School Office. This page of the specification may be used to identify you as a bidder. Follow instructions of School Personnel and keep interruptions to teaching activities to a minimum. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and to the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the date of the opening of bids. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Work shall not be started until 6/26/2023. All work shall be completed as quickly as possible and installation shall be substantially complete and operable not later than 8/16/2023. All project closeout documentation is due no later than 11/3/2023.
