Provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to perform Fume Hood Calibration, re-certification and preventive maintenance/repair of various Fume Hoods that fail annual certification needing to be re-calibrated and make any necessary repairs to the exhaust system to comply with ASHRAE 110, ANSI/AIHA Z9.5 and NFPA 45 standards, and Calibrated to NIST Traceable Method to measure in 50-200 fpm range +/- 10%. Fume hoods are located at the State University of New York @ Stony Brook on West Campus, R & D Campus, and Southampton Campus, as herein described delivered NET FOB destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 22/23-088RF and exhibits (standard contract clauses), attached hereto and made part of this proposal.
