The scope of work includes excavation, demolition, traffic signal modification and relocation, restriping, upgrading the Americans with Disabilities Act compliant curb ramp, and potential tree removal. he City of Stockton has acquired minor Right-of-Way from the adjacent Target Store parking lot and Raising Canes. The purpose of this project is to improve traffic flow from southbound Pacific Avenue to westbound March Lane. The project is needed to reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality. Engineer's Estimate: Below $1,000,000.00 The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Labour and Material Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, each in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The City has established a project-specific DBE Goal of 22%. bid security: 10% Request for Clarification: Shall be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m., at least one week prior to bid opening date. If a request warrants a letter of clarification, such letter of clarification will be posted on portal at least two days prior to bid opening.
