SPECIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRIC SERVICES (MINIMUM): SCOPE: The City of Baytown seeks competitive bids for electrical services including emergencies, bucket truck service and miscellaneous electrical services. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements of the City of Baytown for an electrical services contract. The quantities listed are established for the purposes of determining evaluation and award of bid only. The City anticipates approximately $500,000.00 of expenditures for this portion of service based upon previous usage. However, this estimated expenditure is not intended to set forth minimum or maximum quantities of this contract and shall not be construed as such. This contract is intended for routine and continuous usage. The City of Baytown reserves the right to go out for bids on larger projects. Part II: SPECIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRIC MOTOR SERVICES (MINIMUM): SCOPE: The City of Baytown seeks competitive bids for electrical motor control center services regarding emergencies, pole truck service and miscellaneous electrical services. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements of the City of Baytown for an annual electrical motor control services contract to be used specifically by the Wastewater Treatment Plants and Lift Stations. The quantities are established for the purposes of determining evaluation and award of bid only. The City of Baytown anticipates approximately $70,000.00 expenditures for this portion of the service contract based upon previous usage. However, this estimated expenditure is not intended to set forth minimum or maximum quantities of this contract and shall not be construed as such. This contract is intended for routine and continuous usage, and for large projects that occur the City of Baytown reserves the right to go out for bids.
