As of October 3, 2024, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: RFQ High School Bathroom Design. Design for renovation of select bathrooms at Melrose High School. Modernization and ADA compliance upgrades. Formal correspondence, including questions and requests for interpretation, shall be sent electronically to Jennifer Rosa at JRosa@CityofMelrose.org no later than 2/15/23 by 4:00 P.M. Questions and/or requests for interpretation after this date and time will not be honored. Verbal interpretations of this RFQ are not valid. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
