Gaston County Schools invites bids for the Commercial High Dusting and Cleaning Services To Improve Indoor Air Quality in the listed schools. Facility Services will maintain a list of potential bidders for the purpose of notifying bidders of any bid addenda. Make sure Mark Schultz has your contact information. The Gaston County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject bids pursuant to provision of N. C. General Statutes 143-129. All bidders must comply with the Presidents Executive Order #11375 and Executive Order #11246 which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Historically Underutilized Businesses: Pursuant to General Statute 143-48 and Executive Order # 150, the State invites and encourages participation in this procurement process by businesses owned by minorities, women, disabled, disabled business enterprises and non-profit work centers for the blind and severely disabled.
