**As of March 30, 2023 , this project has been awarded to FBI Buildings for the amount of $147,881.** We anticipate the storage building to be somewhere in the $135,000 to $165,000 range. Post Frame Storage Building by: Pontiac Township High School District 90, 1100 Indiana Ave. Pontiac, IL 61764. Furnish labor and materials to construct a post frame building on site in Odell Township North of Pontiac Illinois. Building will have 29ga min 9" o.c. ribbed steel exterior cladding and interior walls. It will have covered porch and shed roof added to main building. All will be built to industry engineering guidelines and local wind loads Base building will be 48' x 32' with 13' eaves and 24" overhang on all sides. Roof will be 7 1/2 " in 12" pitch with (2) scissor trusses towards one end for future loft area. All column and truss spacing to be 8'-0" o.c. Window openings provided at the top of walls centered in each bay for a total of (12) openings 72" x 18" for owner supplied vinyl windows. Provide (2) openings for steel walk doors 3'-0" x 6'-8" nominal size for owner supplied doors. Provide opening for one 16' x 9" sectional door on one gable end that will be owner provided. Base of walls will have a ground contact treated 2x12 that extends 7" below the height of owner furnished concrete floor. Furnish and install one 22' x 7' sliding door on one side wall under shed roof. Line inside of main building (walls only) with tin and prep for spray foam that will be owner installed. - Porch roof (front entrance) 14' x 8' with an 8' ceiling height on front gable end with matching pitch gable roof with 12" overhang and tin lined under roof framing to create a matching pitch cathedral ceiling with a scissor truss for support at front (to be faced with cedar by owner). - Shed roof will be 45' x 12' with a 2"in 12" pitch with an 8' lined ceiling height and 12" overhang on all sides. Must be able to stack sliding door, ceiling, roof, flashing, window openings, and 24" overhang in provided space of wall height. - Furnish and install (2) 36"x36" cupolas with 30" weathervanes and 6" gutter on all roof sections and appropriate 4" downspouts. - Tin will be Dark Blue with contrasting trim with colors chosen by owner. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
