The City of Portland, Office of the Mayor seeks proposals to provide an gunshot detection system and related services. The pilot program will run for one year beginning March 2023 to March 2024. The pilot program would have a limited geographic footprint based on data indicating areas most impacted by gun violence, stakeholder and community input as to where such a system should be utilized, and the physical characteristics of an area suited to gunshot detection technologies.
