Site work and paving for a road / highway in Norco, California. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of cold milling of existing asphalt, pavement resurfacing, adjustments to manholes and valve covers, curb ramp improvements, signage and striping, and all appurtenant related work to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. There are 45 working days allowed to complete this project from Notice to Proceed. Please note that Notice to Proceed will be granted in accordance with Special Provision 6-1 with the understanding that Notice to Proceed will coincide with mobilization. Notice to Proceed will not be granted until the procurement schedule for major equipment has been established to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. Liquidated damages may be assessed at $500.00 per working day Bids/Proposals must be prepared on the approved proposal forms in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted to the City of Norcos Bid and Vendor Portal.
