The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents, Specifications and Plans for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of construction of Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (RCFC&WCD) Master Drainage Plan Line N-4 which runs along 4 th Street, starting approximately 30-feet northeast of the existing connection to the North Norco Channel to Valley View, continuing south on Valley View approximately 280-linear feet including the Lateral extending north on Valley View for approximately 460-linear feet. Project includes installation of RCP pipe 18 , 24 and 36 in diameter, HDPE pipe 18 in diameter, manholes, junction structures, curb and gutter, local depressions, utility relocations as necessary, PCC sidewalk, AC paving, concrete bulkhead and any other necessary appurtenances and related work to the satisfaction and acceptance of the City Engineer. There are 60 working days allowed to complete this project. Liquidated damages shall be assessed at $1,000.00 per working day.
