Site work and renovation of a civil project in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of July 7, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. EVER 290451 Rehabilitate Parkwide Water and Wastewater Systems This project will replace the potable water distribution and wastewater collection systems in the Flamingo District; the Pine Island District; the Shark Valley District; the Loop Road District including the Tamiami Ranger Station and the Trail Center housing area. The Government will follow the two-phase design-build selection process described in FAR 36.301 in order to select a design-build contractor. The submission requirements for the different phases are detailed in Section L of the RFP. A maximum of three (3) offerors shall be selected to move forward to Phase 2. It is anticipated that a negotiated firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and price proposal.
