The work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 9,830 feet of existing 15 to 24inch diameter nonreinforced concrete pipe (NRCP), vitrified clay pipe (VCP), and reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) with curedinplace pipe (CIPP) liner, rehabilitation of approximately fortysix (46) manholes/structures with a protective coating system, and all appurtenant work. To attend the jobsite walkthrough, each attendee shall submit signed copies of the District's "COVID19 SelfScreening Policy" to the District's Engineer as soon as they arrive at the site. Wearing face masks and practicing social distancing during the walkthrough are strongly recommended. The Board of Directors may reject all bids. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The work of construction must be completed within 180 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed. Pursuant to provisions of the Labor Code of the State of California, not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for legal holiday and overtime work for each craft or type of workman needed to execute the work contemplated under the agreement, as ascertained by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, must be paid to all workers employed on the work by the Contractor or by any subcontractor doing or contracting to do any part of the work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
