The work of this section shall adhere to the procedures outlined in Article 17-194 of the New York City Administrative Code, Article 141 of the New York City Health Code, the New York State Sanitary Code Part 5-1 and applicable industry standards and recommendations including, but not limited to, American Water Works Association (AWWA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
