Site work for a road / highway in Courtenay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Rehabilitation consists of milling the existing pavement to a depth of 62.5 mm followed by additional intermittent localized pavement repairs to a depth of 80 mm. A Modified Class 1 Medium Mix (70% of the fines to be manufactured) using a Group A 80/100 Asphalt Cement will be required for this project. Remove and replace islands with concrete, construct 1.5 m shoulders, reinstall existing guard flares, remove islands and replace with concrete and reinstall existing 690 CRB.
