Scope of Services The purpose of this contract is to chip vegetation that has been cut by property owners within the City of Santa Barbara's Foothill and Extreme Foothill High Fire Hazard areas. Other Details In accordance with Civil Code Section 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. Notes Bidders are hereby notified that any service purchase order issued as a result of this bid may be subject to the provisions and regulations of the City of Santa Barbara Ordinance No. 5384, Santa Barbara Municipal Code, Chapter 9.128 and its impending regulations relating to the payment of Living Wages.
