Santa Barbara Affordable Housing Group (SBAHG) is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of windows and patio sliding doors at 602 Eucalyptus Avenue in Santa Barbara, California. The scope of work consists of replacement exiting windows and patio sliding doors per manufacturer specifications. The work will include but is not limited to demolition, carpentry, drywall, painting and clean up. This project is subject to the highest labour wages between the State Prevailing Wage and Federal Prevailing Wage. SBAHG reserves the right to utilize a joint control firm for purposes of valuing the work done or disbursement of payments or both. SBAHG reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all bids as SBAHG deems in its own best interest, subject to the terms and provisions of the Contract documents.
