This Documented Quote is to replace two side-stream filtration devices on cooling towers on the AHEC campus, one in the King Center and the second in the Tivoli Student Union Building. As an attachment to the Documented Quote form, firms must list each building and the lump sum cost for labor and materials for each (as separate line items). Costs will be listed separately for each building on the issued Purchase Order and should be billed separately. Qty (1) LAKOS Model TCI-0280 TowerClean Packaged Separator System. b. Skid mounted filter system with Model ILB-0350 Centrifugal Separator and c. 10 HP, 460 volt / 3 phase pump motor. d. Duty: 280 gpm e. Inlet and Outlet Connection: 4.0" f. Weight: 700 lbs g. Flooded suction required on pump h. Automatic Purge Valve with Timer. 2. Disconnect existing Lakos filtration system a. Disconnect and safe-off electrical for re-use b. Isolate and disconnect condenser water piping 3. Remove and disposed of existing Lakos Filtration System 4. Rig or crane new side stream filtration to rooftop and into enclosure 5. Reconfigure and reconnect condenser water piping, valves and mechanical connections as needed 6. Reconnect electrical to new side-stream filter system 7. Perform start-up training with AHEC HVAC staff. A walk of the project location will commence after a brief overview of the project.
