Reference number : 1685134 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-13 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The regional county municipality (MRC) of Kamouraska, with its offices in Saint-Pascal, is requesting tenders for the transport of containers and materials and the processing of materials (wood and dry materials) from ecocentres located on the territory of the MRC . TENDER DOCUMENTS Tenderers may obtain the tender documents through the electronic tendering system. Only persons, partnerships or legal persons (companies) having their principal place of business in Quebec or when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Intergovernmental Agreement on Public Procurement between the Government of Quebec and the Government of the State of New York (AQNY) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Tenders must be made on the tender form provided with the tender specifications and must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender including applicable taxes. This bid guarantee may be in the form of a certified check made out to the order of the MRC de Kamouraska or in the form of a bid bond issued in favor of the MRC by an insurance company authorized to stand surety. The MRC will ensure compliance, where applicable, with any health measures that will then be applicable. The MRC de Kamouraska does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. The MRC de Kamouraska will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of such decisions.
