DOT Regulation 2 CFR PART 180 Government wide Debarment and Suspension and Government wide Requirements for Drug-free Workplace 3. DOT Regulation 49 CFR PART 20, Lobbying and Influencing Federal Employees 4. TITLE 49 United States Code, CHAPTER 501 Buy American Preferences PHT located at 2015 Tumble Weed Trail, Spearfish, SD 57783 is requesting a Sealed Bid from qualified Contractors interested in agreeing with PHT to provide a boiler system replacement for PHT Spearfish, SD facility. The boiler is 13 years old and has had numerous issues. The detailed scope ofwork and pictures ofthe boiler system are on Attachment A page 16.
