The HRCA manages the Lakeland Centre, on behalf of the City of Hamilton. Within the Lakeland Centre there is an existing concrete Splashpad Area with a total area of 267 SQ.M. The HRCA is interested in resurfacing the concrete slab of the splashpad area, to an anti-slip surface for improved aesthetics and increased public health and safety.
