As an attachment to the Documented Quote form, firms must list each building and the lump sum cost for labor and materials for each (as separate line items). Costs will be listed separately for each building on the issued Purchase Order and should be billed separately. Return cooling tower to owner for start-up 2. Cooling Tower Gearbox a. Perform lock-out, tag-out b. Remove existing gearbox, drive shaft and motor (wiring to be disconnected by AHEC) c. Mobilize new material to roof and mobilize old material down from roof d. Install new gearbox, drive shaft and motor (wiring new motor by AHEC) e.
