To inspect (visually and with the use of a moisture meter or infrared camera) all Portable Classrooms within the DSBN. The use of a moisture meter or infrared camera will only by used as per f) below. Inspections are to include the specifications from a) to j) below. A sample report must be included in the RFP submission. The DSBN retains the sole right to all inspection reports. The District School Board of Niagara (hereafter referred to as the DSBN) requires an Inspector to perform Portable Classroom Inspections. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period, commencing March 1, 2023 with two possible one-year extensions ending February 28, 2028. Proponents(s) who have previously been qualified to provide the services as described herein, or who are currently performing work for the DSBN must also respond to this request to be considered for future work assignment.
