To resurface areas designated and marked by owner and to clean, prep, crack fill, sealcoat and restripe upper parking lot of the Transylvania Campus Straus building. 1. Resurface - areas marked Area A - About 420 sq. ft. Area C - About 72 sq. ft. Area D - About 260 sq. ft. Approximate sq. ft. listed above, please confirm measurements; we need a cost for each area listed above, scope listed below: Mill 1 1/2" of existing asphalt Apply hot tar TAC for bonding Resurface with 2" SB9.5C type hot mix compacted Re-stripe new paving Paving - this area is located in front of the trash dumpster Area B - 1269 sq. ft. Approximate sq. ft. listed above, please confirm measurements; we need a cost for each area listed above, scope listed below: Remove existing asphalt, excavate out Add a minimum of 4" ABC stone after compaction Grade, wet, and condition Pave with 2" SB9.5C type hot mix compacted, pavement thickness of 2" after compaction . To include work listed below: Clean and Prep Hot crack filling- The size is up to 5/8 "cracks; any cracks wider than 5/8 inch will need the area stuffed with foam backer rod into the crack, then apply caulk or roll-type crack filler before the contractor applies seal coating. Sealcoating with a minimum 2 lbs. sand/gallon mix Striping- parking spaces - (white), handicap spaces - (white), crosswalks - (white) No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
