The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the aforementioned project. Said check or bond will be returned to unsuccessful bidders as soon as the Contract between the Owner and the successful bidder has been executed by the Owner. No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise; and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time.
