As of April 14, 2023, project was awarded to Lewallen Construction Co. Inc. (Marietta, GA), awarded amount is $1,034,803.53. All communications concerning these documents must be submitted through the CCSD Bonfire Interactive Portal. Only inquiries received by 3:00 PM ET on March 3, 2023 will be considered. PROJECT LOCATION MARIETTA, GA 30060 1550, 1495, 1483 PINE ROAD 3753 PROVIDENCE ROAD This project involves providing a walking path from the existing Walton High School Campus located at 1590 Bill Murdock Road, Marietta, GA 30062, to the new Walton HS Baseball/Tennis Court facility. The path will be composed of concrete sidewalk, concrete grade stairs, and an approximately 155 foot long wooden bridge. In addition, work will include clearing, grading, path lighting, metal handrails and guardrails. Construction of a new pedestrian pathway to link the Walton campus with the athletic complex. Scope includes: Site work (clearing and grubbing) Spanning a creek with a composite wood pedestrian bridge Concrete abutments Stairs at each abutment for grade transition Site lighting along walkway and bridge.
