Site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Sabina, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.

As of 2/9/23 No bids received and will re-bid in the near future. Clean-up of said property has been authorized under a Judgment Entry granted in Clinton County Municipal Court Case CVF22000486, which requires the property to be brought into compliance with the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. Bidders are encouraged to look at the premises, but should not enter, nor should the owners or neighbors of contiguous properties be disturbed. Any such contact or disturbance may result in disqualification from award of the Contract. Photographs are attached. If interested, please provide a bid on the attached Bid Sheet for this project and the estimated time frame when the removal work may be completed. The bid should include the removal and disposition of all items being removed incompliance with all federal, state, and local laws as well as documentation of items being removed. The Clinton County Prosecutor's Office and Building & Zoning Department expressly disclaim any and all liability for items located on the Premises that may not have a valid title or that are in state of damage, disrepair, or other condition. This contract does NOT include removal of items from inside of structures or unlicensed vehicles located on the property This project is for the removal and disposal of accumulations of non-hazardous, unwanted debris from real property located in Clinton County, Ohio and commonly known as 5014 & 5036 N. State Route 72, Sabina, Ohio 45169.
