Renovate to ten (10) General Classrooms, two (2) Living Skills Rooms with a Kitchen, Quiet Room, Speech, and Testing. Upgrade the two (2) Boys and Girls Rooms and provide an all-gender Restroom. Site work includes refurbishing the buildings courtyard and underground electrical and plumbing connections. Demolition of seventeen (17) portables including foundations, ramps, stairs, railings, and fence. Patch and repair exposed ground surface to match existing paving.
