As of 2/9/23 No bids received and will re-bid in the near future. Clean-up of said property has been authorized under a Settlement Agreement in Clinton County Zoning Case CE2021-013, which requires the property to be brought into compliance with the Clinton County Zoning Resolution. Bidders are encouraged to look at the premises, but should not enter, nor should the owners or neighbors of contiguous properties be disturbed. Any such contact or disturbance may result in disqualification from award of the Contract. Photographs are attached. If interested, please provide a bid on the attached Bid Sheet for this project and the estimated time frame when the removal work may be completed. The bid should include the removal and disposition of all items being removed incompliance with all federal, state, and local laws as well as documentation of items being removed. The Clinton County Prosecutor's Office and Building & Zoning Department expressly disclaim any and all liability for items located on the Premises that may not have a valid title or that are in state of damage, disrepair, or other condition.
