As of February 28, 2023, project was awarded to Lot Pros, Inc., awarded amount is $76,422.30. Board of City Commissioners of the City of Huron, South Dakota, will on the 21st day of February 2023 at the hour of 2:00 P.M. Central Time, at the Huron Municipal Building City Commission Meeting Room, 239 Wisconsin Avenue S.W., Huron, South Dakota, receive and consider sealed proposals for the following: Bid No. 2023-07 Furnish all labor and materials necessary for Asphalt Concrete Crack Sealing, as specified. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or draft of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, and issued by a State or National Bank and made payable to the City of Huron, or in lieu thereof a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Huron, as a guaranty that the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Huron, South Dakota. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
