The City of Maywood is seeking a contractor qualified to provide janitorial services to all City facilities. The service task shall include but will not be limited to the information shown below. If the contractor believes that additional tasks are warranted, it must be clearly identified in the contractor’s proposal as a “suggested task” with a “suggested price” as well. The City will maintain the authority to accept or reject the suggested tasks. City Municipal Buildings and Parks – a. City Hall – Approximately 12,528 sq ft. (2 floors, 4 restrooms) b. Sheriff Sub-Station – Approximately 6,000 (2 floors, 4 restrooms) c. Riverfront Park – Approximately 1,000 (2 Restroom facilities) d. Maywood Park e. Pixley Park f. Pine Avenue Park g. Benito Juarez Park All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted at February 1, 2023 by 3:00 pm in writing by email to: Steve Fowler at Steve.fowler@cityofmaywood.org. The date and time when questions must be submitted are shown in “Section V-Schedule” of this RFP. Questions with their answers will be posted on the City website by the date and time set forth in this RFP.
