The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project consisting of procurement and installation of monument signs and associated lighting, concrete work, tree planting, landscape planting, irrigation, electrical work, and other work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents.
