The work consists of concrete demo, concrete patching, preparation and recoating of pipe and miscellaneous structural repairs on the interior and exterior of ELCO Tank #2. East Larimer County Water District (ELCO) is requesting bids from qualified General Contractors to construct limited structural repairs on a 1 Million gallon tank north of Fort Collins, Colorado. ELCO is seeking qualified Contractors who can provide minor structural repairs, epoxy crack filling, and miscellaneous concrete repairs. The contract shall be substantially complete within Sixty (60) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The project shall be finally complete within twenty (20) calendar days after substantial completion. Collusive or sham proposals: Any proposal deemed to be collusive or a sham proposal will be rejected. ELCO reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or formalities.
