Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work is to be performed in accordance with the contract documents. Project consists of improvements to an existing parking lot, including selective demolition, construction of concrete curbs to create islands, areas of full-depth pave replacement, sealcoating, pavement markings and landscaping. Each bidder shall enclose a bid security in the form of a certified check, bank draft, negotiable U.S. Bond or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Within 10 days of notification of contract award, the successful bidder shall be re-quired to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price and certificates of insurance, as specified. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, most responsible bidder; however, the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any. PROJECT being done in conjunction with the City of Scranton.
