Contractor responsible for mowing and trimming six baseball fields, one multi-purpose field and current lawn area located at the Aspinall Recreational Area (behind Lebanon Elementary School) 479 Exeter Road along with Aspinall garage lawn on front of property and Tyler Field Complex on 92 Bascom Road, Lebanon, Connecticut. Mowing and trimming shall continue weekly, including all areas such as fences, (including fence around basketball court, concession building, dugouts, shrubs, bleachers, trees, telephone poles, pavilion, porta-toilets etc. Grass should be maintained to 2 to 2 1/2 inches in length for baseball. Grass shall be blown off infield directly after mowing. Multi-purpose field to be cut at 2 3/4 inches.o All garbage cans and litter on the ground shall be picked up and disposed of weekly throughout the length of the contract with debris and garbage disposed of in Dumpster. o Excess grass shall be raked and removed when necessary throughout the length of the contract. o All fallen leaves and debris shall be removed weekly from Aspinall and Tyler Field Complex, including blowing off all concrete pads. Basketball courts to be blown off monthly and debris and growth inside removed. o Contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and fuel. Includes two 60" Commercial zero turn movers, two trimmers, combination of two blowers (combination of Backpack and or walk behind), a roller and an aerator Option 2: o Provide fee for additional mowing of each baseball field on an as-needed basis. Provide one-time price per mowing each field for this additional item. Option 3: o Provide fee for additional mowing of the multi-purpose field: Provide one-time price per mowing. Option 4: Provide fee for Core aerating and rolling at each complex and surrounding lawn area. Provide onetime price for each complex for this additional option. Bidders must provide a list of equipment including specifications on mowers, trimmers blowers and core aerator and Roller.
