19, Part 1 through Part 3.9 and 3.11B. Pipe Lengths (Approximate), per building: 150 Linear Feet - 1-1/2 Black Steel Pipe 70 Linear Feet - 2 Black Steel Pipe 100 Linear Feet - 3 Black Steel Pipe. Aluminum jacketing, stainless steel bands, glass cloth and tape, vapor retarders, adhesives and mastics .The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation may require bidders to submit evidence of their qualifications at such times and under conditions, as it may deem necessary. The question of whether a particular bidder is a responsible bidder may involve an evaluation of the bidders experience, type of facility, expertise, or financial resources regarding the particular items requested by the pertinent solicitation. If a bidder has been determined to be non-responsible, the bid shall be rejected. A DVBE incentive will be given to bidders who provide DVBE participation. For evaluation purposes only, the State shall apply a DVBE bid incentive to bids that propose a California certified DVBE participation as identified on the Bidder Declaration, GSPD-05-105, and confirmed by the State. The DVBE incentive amount for awards based on low price will vary in conjunction with the percentage of DVBE participation.
